Campus Rebuild Updates

The rebuilding of the Cardinal Newman High School campus has been in full-swing since the Tubbs Fire of October 2017 destroyed a large portion of campus.

Completed Projects

While major planning, drawings, design, fundraising and thought was being put into the very important classroom building, Student Life Center, and Chapel, some smaller projects were able to be completed simultaneously.

Turf Stadium Field

An effort to build and fund a new turf stadium field began before the fire hit! The new field was able to be installed in time for the 2019-20  sports season! This field is utilized by many different teams throughout the school year.

North Classroom Wing Renovation

This building was heavily damaged in the fires, leaving four classrooms destroyed and four classrooms heavily damaged. This project renovated the entire North Wing classroom building, which was completed in Spring 2019.

Baseball Field Renovation

The All-Weather Turf Field at the Baseball stadium was heavily damaged by the fire. Renovations to the field and dugouts have been completed, along with a new batting cage.
